What Will Be Deleted
Account & Authentication: Your sign-in identity in Firebase Authentication.
User Profile: Name, phone number, and profile information stored in our database.
Operational Records: Active/scheduled bookings and quotes linked to your account will be removed or anonymised, except where retention is legally required.
In-App Preferences: Theme and settings saved to your account.
What May Be Retained
Legal/Financial Records: Invoices, payment records, VAT/tax documentation may be retained for up to 6 years (UK law).
System Logs/Backups: Limited logs and automated backups may persist for up to 30 days before permanent purge.
Anonymised Data: Non-identifiable statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
Timeframe
Acknowledgement: Requests are acknowledged promptly.
Completion: Typically within 30 days of verification; complex cases or legal retention may take longer.
In-App Deletion
If available in the app, navigate to Profile > Account > Delete Account. If you can’t access the app, use the form above or email us.
